The Landlord initially didn't believe who I was, leaving my friend and me cold and wet. the owner was a very nice gentleman who made an effort to fix the heater and hot water, although we were without them for the night. the owner did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Cons: Not obvious to find 🔎.

Despite the initial issue with the key box, the staff at the hotel were very understanding and helpful. The owner went out of his way to come to the property and try to fix the heater and hot water, showing great dedication to ensuring our comfort. We appreciated his efforts and his friendly attitude.
Everything was fantastic.

The owner of the New Manchester Getaway Home - Free Parking was incredibly helpful and kind during my stay. When there were issues with the heating and hot water, he promptly arrived to try and fix them. Although we couldn't enjoy these amenities for the night, his efforts were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.
